Covision let me down and I feel ****med and cheated

This is a review on my experience with Covision during my mother's funeral.

Covision was recommended to me by friends and family. This is after my mother's passing about 4 weeks ago. Covision fetched my mother from the hospital in Sebokeng and I advised them that I want the Presidential package from my mother's funeral.

Come Saturday the equipment provided was not for the presidential package.

- The decorations at the grave site a big let down - The he**** provided was a Quantum panel van - my mother was move by a panel van instead of the promised he**** for the presidential package! - One of the servers brought her underaged child to work with her. My mother's funeral was used as a training session without my consent!

I did make these three points know to Covision during their QA call and it's been a week since they advised that one of the managers will contact me.

To some it up, Covision let me down in my weakest and time of mourning! And I feel very ****med since I didn't get what I paid for.

I would advise anyone not to even consider their services.
