COVISION had a accident with our car, and not coming back to us

On 28/05/2016 we where at the funeral of our grandpa. As we come back to the cemetery parking outside the yard the COVISION Funeral Home car hit our car and damaged the window and door. The driver admits that it was his fault and we went to their office and the driver called the manager after all that, we all went to the police station for the accident report. After all the stressful days they haven’t called us as they promised us they will do all the process in order for their insurance to fix our car. Until we phoned them and explained what happened, the lady by the name of Ntswaki told us she was on leave when the accident happened and she will take it from there. Then again we waited for about two weeks in total with no response. Now its been more than two months and a couple of weeks since the accident. We called again and the same lady told us she is still looking for the driver that was driving the funeral car on the day of the accident as for he works only on weekends, so he is a part time worker to do what we don’t know, because the driver was on duty in that time of the accident what surprised us is firstly we waited for a manager that resigned and now the driver which is in hiding, funny enough he is a permanent worker and his still working in the company, as I kept calling and found this out. I find this so unfair for us to drive with the car that is damaged as if we don’t care about our property, and the other thing is they don’t bother to call us to sure or inform us that they are busy with our case. They **** about the driver being a temporary employee, and not working there, so where is this case going too now. I am taking this matter very serious we have all the police documents, we were heart broken with the passing of our grandpa, we faced the same Funeral Home car hitting our car, they never contacting us back and are lying to us about the employee not working there any more and being a temporary employee. I am going to take this matter very serious now and I want this resolved ASAP.
