Messing with my credit score

Covi debt company has placed me under debt review but never reduce my monthly instalment and yet they claim that I owe them R300 or something like that when I approach another company so that I can be transferred to it they refuse to release my file the sad part of it is that I can't reach them in all their communication channels. I simply feel like a prisoner paying my full loan instalment and be under debt review but is really not ayoba but I'll get help at the end. If anyone knows where I can get help contact me on ***.
