Disgusting service from CoverWorx

<p>In February I ordered covers for my wifes Renault Duster. I should have known then that these people are ***********. I had to repeat instructions for them 3 or 4 times for everything. They kept sending to an incorrect email address they made up. Then they woud ask what colour I want after me expressly telling them upfront. Eventually the covers arrive. They are in a half broken brown box, and dirty. We attempt to fit them. They do not even come close to fitting. So I send photos and tell them they need to correct. They eventually send the courier to collect. 2 whole months go by and not a word from them. I call them, and get told that they do not have the covers and they were not picked up because we were not reachable. I tell them my wife put the flippin box in the courier vehicle herself. Not good enough. So I track the parcel down with their couriers and find proof that it was indeed delivered to their premises the next day. Suddenly they find the covers. Now they want to come themselves and refit them the next day at 9. I tell them they're wasting their time as they cannot possibly be fixed in half a day. They pitch the next day at lunchtime. They attempt to fit them. They don't fit. They leave with the covers. That was a week ago. Not a single word from them. So I send an email today demanding a refund by end of today. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!</p>
