Promises, lies and no delivery!

DO NOT make any bookings with this company. They also go by the name of Patio Solutions. Really not fond of leaving poor reviews but I have been left with no alternative. Ordered a patio seat cover on the 12th September 2024. No feedback, followed up a month later, was told by team we would have it in a week. Called again in November 2024 and was told that there was a canvas shortage from the supplier but I should have received everything already and they would call me back. It's December, still no covers, calls do not get answered, the main switchboard number does not exist. I am not holding out for a mail response. DO NOT make any bookings with this company - its money lost and as others have noted I will open a case of ***** at our local police station and will update this post if anything changes.
