Non-delivery and Atrocious Service

I ordered and paid for a patio cover on the 23rd of September 2023 from Covers with Distinction t/a Patio Solutions under order ***. Its almost 3 months with the item not yet delivered or the company making any efforts to make contact. I have made several attempts to reach out to them and they are now not taking my calls or responding to emails. The client service is atrocious, the turnaround time unacceptable and the non-communication appalling. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
