THESE PEOPLE ARE ********. They post **** pics. They block all forms of response to any of their social media platforms. Advertise to sell soccer boots on Instagram, as @coveredmerlo and on Facebook as Ntambanana Soccer. Phone number advertised is for Thabani Mbuli who provides banking details to have payment made for the boots. He is inconsistent with information provided if and when he has the decency to respond. Other people have also reviewed his page with the same issue of de*****ing them. Now he has even deactivated reviews on the Facebook page. He told my son it will take 3-5 days and then tells me it is 5-10 days to receive goods. Once payment is made, he provides you with a **** tracking number. Tracking number is for an order placed for himself under an alias of Siyanda Mlondo. It never arrives to you, even though he lies that he will send the boots to you once he receives it. When you ask for a refund, he ignores you and hopes you will get frustrated at his ignorance and eventually give up. He continues to operate but just blocks you thereafter. He is a *********; never trust him. Two names that are used: Thabani Mbuli - Capitec Bank account holder where funds are paid and Siyanda Mlondo, who apparently received the parcel from DHL, but they are one in the same, because Thabani answered the number DHL provided from the waybill. Still no boots or refund. He cuts the call when you try calling him on any platform. If you put your number on private, he will answer, but cut the call as soon as he hears it is you.
