Cover my pool is useless

We had a pool cover installed by cover my pool in June 2018. On the 12th of September we reported that the cover is starting to tear on the one edge and were promised that someone will come to fix it. No one showed up and a week later we reported that the other edge is also starting to tear and again we were promised it will be fixed within that week. We followed up once or twice every week and just kept getting promises and the owner was never available to talk to. Now almost two months later still nothing has been done and we had to take the cover off as it is now useless to us and even the anchors are loose. The workmanship and quality of material of this company is pathetic at best and after market service is non existent and based on empty promises. They are the cheapest and clearly you get what you pay for which is low standard material and service. If you are covering your pool for child safety like we did please do not use this company as your children will not be safe. Rather spend the extra cash and get it done properly by professionals and not cover my pool who uses subcontractors and has no after market service.
