Do your homework

Please before committing to installing frameless glass systems ascertain what after sales services cost.

Unfortunately the place we bought had a system installed by Cover and was not working very well. We called Helga to arrange a service- R4900 payable upfront.

After the service - the system is still faulty and the only suggestion is to put in a new one. Not oh sorry let’s fix the problem.

But as they say - karma is a ***** - as I have recommended their opposition to a fellow owner who just had an expensive system installed and we are getting quotes for a new system. So penny wise pound foolish.

Better options out there !!!
