Cover direct Call agent very rude

<p>Received call from a Female Cover Direct Call centre agent number ********** 460 at 11:12 this morning 10 November.</p> <p> </p> <p>Zero star rating...she is bad for business and has no clue what customer centricity is...disappointing.</p> <p>Asked if I'm L Menoe mentions that I have an Edgars Thank you card. I then asked what call direct is about and she hung up and sayang haai voetzek.</p>
