APPALLING SERVICE

The service I received has been beyond appalling. The person who I was dealing with, Naledi Motaung has absolutely no regard for clients. She was the person who was assisting me with a bond cancellation. She somehow misplaced the documents I had provided her which were needed for the cancellation. A few weeks later when I call to get an update on the matter she acted as if she'd never heard of the matter. Yet we'd extensively communicated via email and phone call on the matter. She proceeded to shout at me when I called for an update. I have never experienced such disgusting service in my entire life. Sure mistakes happen but to blatantly lie and be rude about the situation has left me very disheartened !
