Rude staff memeber.

Hi

I have been going to cousins DVD Mount Pleasant for over 3 years and their franchise, even longer. The reason I've used them and not other DVD shops is because up until recently they have provided me with good service, however their service has recently taken a serious down fall. The second last time I went to the video shop I requested a movie for my daughter and myself. The lady pulled the two movies placed them on the counter then 2 min later said sorry she is going to give it to another customer and proceeded to. Me being a quiet person I just took the one for my daughter and left. Today I returned to the video shop and I placed my daughter on the counter(as I have always done so that she could ask for the movie she wanted) I was then rudely told to wait and to get my daughter off the counter. I once again kept my calm and proceeded to be patient. When she did eventually decide to help me, she began to out loud moan to her co-worker about how curtain people( me being the person who she was refering to) refuse to load the movies they want and she has to do it herself. Fortunately for me my units were basically up and I walked out. I will admit I have only had an issue with one of the staff memebers of cousins DVD and found the others to be pleasant and helpful, but I can't simply ignore being met by a rude individual each time I want to rent a movie.
