Always a pleasure!

I am a avid DVD and series watcher and have come to really appreciate the ease of booking said items online and just heading through Cousins Drive Through to collect. But even more so, what a experience on the customer service side!!!! :-)))) Bookings are always kept aside, updates are regular and always with a smile. It is one of the very very few places that I regularly support, where when I walk in, I am greeted with a smile by everyone, greeted by name, and asked about my day! No matter how rough my own day has been, I always leave Cousins Mount Pleasant with a smile and a appreciating for great customer service!
