Rip-off electrician

Never ever use this business. The owner Richard Buchanan (one man show) rewired my house for me last year. Not only did he leave a massive mess in the ceiling he also didn't issue me with an electrical compliance certificate on completion.

I had to reach out to another electrician to issue me with a compliance certificate as I am selling my house and have now discovered that the wire that he used for the installation is non compliant.

The department of labour (DOL) has now been called in and I am unable to sell my house. Darling Richard has ghosted me, an electrical expert that was brought in to mediate and the DOL.

He probably no longer has a licence as these are issued by the DOL but if he does please do not waste your money using his services.
