Breach of verbal agreement

My wife and I had a meeting with Lara de la Querra on Friday 4 September 2015 to sign documents. On presenting us with their invoice I told de la Querra that I thought their fees were quite high and I am not happy with it. She subsequently, at the end of the meeting, told us she will consider giving us a small discount and will be in touch with us. I subsequently queried some fees with her via e-mail and she then decided to not consider giving us a discount. In my opinion, she is *************, especially after giving us the impression that she will grant us a discount. I would want to warn the public of this person's code of conduct and I also feel that the firm's fees are quite high. I strongly feel that it is an unfair practice that a buyer of a property has no say over which attorneys they can choose and are then subjected to any fees those attorneys can charge. I feel it is a basic consumer right to decide who we should give our hard-earned money to!
