They ripped me off

I ordered sneakers on their online website, I paid through Internet banking and they said they will send me confirmation of my pay once they receive proof of payment. They never responded, so I went on to their social network to enquire about how long it takes for their order to arrive from Cape Town to Johannesburg. They said 3 days. And so I told them about my situation that they still haven't sent me the confirmation of pay. They never rep****. So I went on to their website to get their phone numbers, I tried to call but it didn't go through. I commented angrily about their services on their instagram pictures and then they finally rep**** telling me that they ran out of my size. They then said they're sorting it out with their suppliers. Last week Wednesday they said the product is going to get shipped to me the following day and should arrive to me Friday. I waited the entire weekend. Today is Monday and I still don't have my shoes. They told me their excuse is that they received the wrong pair and that a full refund has been processed and will reflect shortly.

I'm sitting here wondering why they couldn't tell me this last week and the fact that they already told me the shoes are getting shipped to me.
