TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!

The service is absolutely pathetic! I took a pair of Air Force 1's to get cleaned on a Thursday and it was supposed to be ready for collection on the Saturday 11am, as per sales person or whatever his job title is. Upon arrival, I was told that its not done. I then stated what the salesman told me and he looked me DEAD in my face and told me that he said Sunday not Saturday. I was fuming! Then 5 comes from the back and says that its not done and that it wil be ready by tomorrow morning 8am (Sunday). Did I not make a scene! Eventually gave up.

Went back the Sunday, even at 12pm just to give them grace....I walk in and that very same sales person makes like he doesn't see me.

I asked for the manager and I was told that he's only in on weekend days. I then asked who is second in charge. He points to the girl with the dreadlocks, who can cleary hear me asking for her but she ****ing pretends not to hear me!

She walks over to me and tells me a whole bunch of nothing!

I do not recommend them at all! You will be making the biggest mistake!
