I almost had to take them to court

My experience from August - October 2020. Buy or sell sneakers & apparel. The issue is once they sell one of your sneakers, there is no communication whatsoever. In my case I had to contact and visit the store around 5 times to A: ask if my sneaker was sold, and B: to get payment. I even asked them to check my existing bank details, but they ensured me they must have it. After 5 weeks they told me they don't have my bank details, hence didn't pay me (which is not true, as they had sent me a contractual PDF email in January 2020 when i setup my profile, (including bank details). Took around 40 days after the sale to get paid. Not the best experience, they need a dedicated staff member to handle clients that exist, the store is way too focused on new clients. I have sent them maybe 10 emails since January, they have not responded to one... which is a 1/10 customer service experience. I give 3 stars as I don't believe they do this on purpose and there are positives the store has to offer. I add this review as they sell rare designer sneakers of up to R30,000+, I am a small fish in the pond, but the small fish collectively keep the store afloat. I hope the store sees the review one day. I am the type to keep proof of everything, I don't bend the truth, so it is what it is
