Disrespect

I bought a essentials short online and found it in cape town, payed for it and got the email that my order is on the way. After that there was nothing , i called them after a week and they told me that my short was sold to another customer, i then asked for my money back they said they will transfer my money its been over a week now im still waiting for my money
