Court Order ****

I am very disappointed in court order as I had bought a shoe for my daughter who happened to be in Cape Town at the time in December 2021 for holidays. She returned in January 2022 only to find that the shoe was small. I returned it in January still to court order and they said that it was past the return date period so now I have to resell the shoe and they will call me and let me know once its sold to give me my money back. It’s now almost a year later and still no call from court order and when i call them they give me the run around and say they will talk to management and call me back and they never do. I had also called and they said they'd give me details to log on to the website and i must check for myself whats the progress of the sale of the shoe but i could not log on and I called them and told them and even emailed and still no feedback. I want my money or the shoe back with the correct size that i want as how long must we wait not knowing whats going on?? will never buy from that place again as they never even explained to me how it works to buy shoes there or the return policy how it works they sold the shoe and that was it and i thought it works the same as all other stores but no. They should explain this to customers when they buy and not be surprised later on whats the process as im not a sneaker head but a mere parent who bought a shoe for their child and now a year later still no shoe or money.
