Court Order Bad for Business: Sold items, no payout, no response for weeks!

I'm a consignor with Court Order (Account ID 4096) and I've been left completely in the dark about money owed to me. Two of my items sold a few months ago. One shows as a pending payout that I still haven't received. The other shows as a lay-by, with no explanation given as to why or what that actually means for when I'll get paid.

I've emailed them multiple times laying out my questions clearly and asking for the answers I need. I've had no feedback, not even an acknowledgement. I sent a follow-up and still nothing.

As a consignor, you're trusting them to sell your product and pay you what you're owed on time, as per their own contract and the agreement I signed. Right now that's not happening, and the total lack of communication makes it worse. If you're thinking about consigning with Court Order, be aware of what you could be trading into once your item sells.

I'm now escalating this and considering legal advice to recover what I'm owed. I would not recommend consigning, doing business with, or even buying product from them until they sort out their management, communication, and how consignment is actually handled. Right now it's not looking good, and I won't be consigning any product with them again.
