Bad service from Court Order

My shoes were sold three months ago, and I am still having to chase them for MY money. I have sent four *** with absolutely no response. They cannot even give me the basic courtesy of confirming when I will be paid.

It is ridiculous that a customer has to practically beg to receive money that is already owed to them after their items have been sold. Communication is basically nonexistent, and the whole experience has been extremely frustrating.

Because of this, I have now withdrawn all of my remaining shoes from Court Order. After this experience, I simply do not trust them to handle my consignments or payments properly.

If you are going to take people's shoes, sell them and earn commission from the sale, then the very least you can do is respond to *** and pay people on time.

Selling my shoes took no time. Getting my money back has taken months. Completely unacceptable.
