Dispicable Service

It is with the utmost disgust that I type this review. I spoke to a consultant in February 2025 for a booking for the 5th July 2025. I have been continously calling and following up to confirm the booking ever since. The hotel just sent an email to me now (i.e 30 June 2025) that the booking has been cancelled and that we may no longer be accomodated. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever. This level of unprofessionalism is something unheard of. I find it very questionable how that 4 star rating was obtained for this hotel. Incompetence, indolence, ignorance, are the words which perfectly describe my experience with this group. The consultant I dealt with was more useless than a chocolate tea pot.
