Service paid for poor service

I bought an item on bidorbuy and paid for the courier service. I got a Waybill to track my parcel OL***0.I contacted the courier on friday and Kelsey informed me that my parcel was dispatched on the 29 th of July 2022.Today is the 30 July 2022 and no word from the courier.
