Terrible and disgusting service!!!!!!

I sent my goods to Zimbabwe two weeks ago and they haven't yet arrived. The communication is terrible. They don't pick up their phones. They make false promises about when the goods will arrive. I will never use them again. AVoid them by all means necessary. You'd rather give your goods to a bus driver!! Terrible and disgusting service!!!!!!
