Disgusting service from Fastway Couriers

Worst ever customer care from Fastway Couriers. This is the worst service ever. I was supposed to receive my parcel 5 days ago and this company instead of delivering my parcel they just lie and say I am unreachable. When I get hold of them they tell me they will deliver the next day which they don't. I do not know what kind of people are working there they have absolutely no customer service. Worst courier company ever.
