BAD SERVICE

I am disappointed in this company. They offer a courier service and on the day, when you expect your items you are told they don't deliver there and you have to go to the nearest mall or convenient location to get your package. Why do you even offer to do the job if the customers are not getting their items on the day? I was expecting to get my items because it is my graduation this week Friday. I am told on Wednesday, oh no sorry please arrange for an alternative pick up. Then I get a sms and a WhatsApp message with the wording " Failed to deliver your order because the recipient is not contactable" Seriously.... I called your driver assigned to me in the morning to advise him I am not at home. Why did he not tell me at that point that he will not deliver at my house??? One more thing, your telephone number don't work... Speaking about bad service.
