DO NOT USE COURIERSCOUT THEY ***** YOUR MONEY

9th June I did 2 collections on [URL Removed] website. Paid R130.74 and R84.16. No collection was done so I emailed them in the afternoon only to be told that it was my responsibility to phone them and make sure they got my collections, and anyway she was out of the office so didn't get my email with the collections. Told me my collections had been logged. Courier It (the courier who they use) phoned me on the morning of the 10th June to confirm the parcels are ready. I was told that the order had only been logged on the morning of the 10th June. Still no collection done on the 10th. [URL Removed] tells me at 17.00 driver is in traffic and he will be there to collect. 10pm at night still waiting for the driver. 11th June I asked for a refund and was told I would get my money back. It is now the 17th June and I STILL DON'T have my money back. I will be opening a case of theft against this company. They take your money and then don't collect and deliver your parcels. DO NOT USE this company!!!!
