Courier fantastic is not fantastic

I paid for a collection of a card from Heidelberg. Not only did they fail to collect the card, they kept on pushing forward the date they are going to collect it. They even told me after I paid that they need atleast a month to collect. I called them at least 24 times and in few times they took my calls, they gave me excuses, like car electrical fault, waiting for director to approve the trip, asking their friend to collect on their behalf,e.t.c. At the end of the 30 days, they admitted that they failed to collect the card and said they will refund me. Its been 2 weeks and I have not received my money. They are definitely a ****, just collecting people's monies with no intention of providing any service.
