Courier Disgusting

Courier Fantastic could not have chosen a worse name, as others have said, there is nothing fantastic about them. It all started well with a quick appointment time and date but thereafter, the driver Antonio was fired and they never answer phone calls or emails or WhatsApp messages. I went to the Licensing Department in Bedfordview (who were absolutely super) to collect my license after it has been sitting there for more than 2 and a half months - damn disgusting!! If you go onto their website, they have suspended license collections, which is a choice they can make if they wish, but and the big BUT, what about all of our R500 upfront payments?? They should be jailed and throw away the key!!
