Courier Butler App - Do not use!

Most disappointing service from The Courier Guy, using *Courier Butler App*. Second time in a row that my parcel could not be collected and/or delivered in time. Surely, they are NOT living up to the slogan on their website: "When customers are waiting, every minute counts." "The Courier Butler helps you avoid costly bottlenecks during your busiest hours." They take payment via card, but then require pages of paperwork to get a refund.
