Terrible Service Delivery

This has got to be thee WORST service I have received EVER! I ordered something online not realizing it was over seas (My stupidity, i know.) My parcel was 1st lost in Frankfurt and now appears to have got lost in transit AGAIN. The only feedback I got was from PostNet who tried tracking my parcel with DHL but to no avail. eCommerce is not available in South Africa as per below, taken from the DHL website, BUT they are however a division of DHL. My company has used DHL numerous times to ship samples to and from India etc. I would like to know what DHL and Couples Choice plan on doing about this mess?
