3Kg wing with flies

I bought 3kg chicken wings and they had flies inside I contacted the company and the Production Manager (+***) contacted me on whatsapp and I gave her all the necessary info and she said she was going for meeting and after the meeting she would get back to me and she never did months later I reminded her but to this day I never received not even a call.
