********* and unacceptable service and behaviour

I bought a second hand 2009 Ford Fiesta with 100 000km's on the clock 3 months ago from County Ford Goodwood. I am extremely unsatisfied with the product. My car has been taken in 5 times by them already to be repaired. Out of the 3 months I've had it, it has been at their dealership for more than a month altogether. There are still strange noises coming from the wheels which they've claimed to have repaired 5 times already. On the matter, I took it to Tiger Wheel & Tyre and they've informed me that my one Rear tyres tread is less than 1000km's away from the legal limit- meaning Ford sold the car to me with a tyre that has approximately 4000km's left on it (ive done 3000km's on it already). As the car is front wheel drive, back wheels cannot lose tread that easily in 3 months. Tiger Wheel has also found a few other issues that could result in my car vibrating uneccesarily. <br> <br> Ford claims to sell quality cars and provide a good service to its customers, but this is definitely not the case. I strongly recommend individuals looking to buy a second hand car from Ford to consider buying a car elsewhere. Until my issues have been resolved, I will continue to feel this way.
