Car sale, service and after sale service

I bought my Eco Sport last year in August from salesman Dane Elliot, who really knew his product and listened to my needs. He even assisted me afterwards every time I had a question or concern. The lady in the financial department impressed me as well with her warm and friendly guidance with financing arrangements. All done within a few hours! Dane kept me up to speed with every move until I got my car. Always with a warm smile. Yesterday it was time for the first service. I was receiced by Deon Chetty in the services dept with a warm and welcome smile. He explained the procedure, time frame and all they are going to do also that is not just part of the service. He kept me up to date through the day as to where they are on the work and had my vehicle ready on the time frame they set out. Deon walked me to my car, explained the service and all that was done and also reminded me to contact him with any problem or concern. Not once did the smile leave his face.
