bad service received.

I dropped vehicle for service last week. Upon collection it took over an hour to conplete the finishing touches. When vehicle was received the car had a thick blob of polish on bonnet which had to be buffed out. When I got home I realised the service book had not bee stamped. I call CFGW spoke to francois who assured me that somebody would call me today. Luke the service advisor called me and we arranged that somebody would come to my house to complete the book. More than an hour after the person was supposed to show up I called CF for an update. Luke said that the guys are probably stuck in traffic. He went on to assure me that he would call me back shortly. It has now been another hour and I have still not received a call. In addition Luke had failed to apologise for the inconvenience caused. It is now after 18:00 and I am still waiting. I will never make use of CFGW.
