After service is HORRIBLE!!!!

Ok. My issue in June 2016 was: I am very disappointed in Ford. We bought our Ford Ranger (BRAND NEW) in Feb 2016, 3 months later the clear paint on the door starts to peel off!!!! And to our surprise: FMCSA said its not their problem!!! They can't (or won't?) do ANYTHING about it!!! After they instructed my husband to get quotes to get it fixed!?!?! What the hell? After service is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today, 6 November 2017: Okay, so 1 year and 5 months later from my previous post NOTHING has change accept our bonnet is now starting to peel of. After a lot of expenses, Ford SA just went silent and the dealership means more that nothing!!!! We tried to get answers, but NOTHING!!!
