Unsatisfying Customer Service

I've logged a complaint on your website on Monday already and to date have not had any feedback. I bought a pack of cheesy chicken nuggets last Saturday. The pack states it contains 10pieces, but mine only contained 9!!! I have not heard anything from you guys since logging this on your website. The product is already so expensive and yet you are shortpacking it. Hope this will grab your attention!!
