SPOILT FOOD

I Called your offices yesterday to lay a complaint about the country fair pops that I purchased, this was the 3rd box of pops that I had purchased and the pops was spoilt, when I called your office the lady I spoke to said that she need some details to lay a complaint, I did not even get an apology to say sorry for the inconvenience that was caused, I call today and gave all the details that she required yesterday and just said that you for the details, did not even say what they are going to do about my complaint or anything, this is phatic customer service, and a big inconvenience for me as when I get home from work and my kids wants to eat the chicken pops, when I fry them they have an awful smell and is spoilt , now I have to drive to either mc Donald's or KFC and get them the pops because the boxes I purchased from then for the month is all spoilt and this is the 3 month in a row that I have purchased the chicken pops and it was spoilt. I would really like someone to call me with this matter as this is unacceptable.
