rotten chicken sold at county fair cape town

on wednesday i bought a box off chicken from county fair the one at oposite bontiheawel train station i took the box home as we had a family braai planned for thursday evening on thursday i took the chicken out of the freezer to defrost so we could spice it an prep it for the braai late the afternoon we opened the box and found chicken that was in such a bad state and had a foul smell the chicken was blue in colour we then canceled our braai due to this and bought take aways on saturday i took the box back to county fair where they just replaced it like it was nothing not taking into consideration that i had to come back to them to return there rotten chicken no explination was given
