Dissatisfied and Upset

Good morning I have purchased two boxes of country fair steaklets from Checkers festival mall in Kempton park two weeks ago. After opening and putting one box in the oven , it had a funny smell ,I tasted a small piece only to find out it is off and the product is still far from being expired [best before 10 October 2020]. I am really dissatisfied and upset that you can have a box date that expires in October yet the product inside is off and you clearly see it was not fresh at all. I have the pictures as well as the box with the batch number on it. I am even scared to open the next box. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE
