Damaged Steaklets in the box

Good Day,<br> <br> Myself and my wife have eaten your Chicken Steaklets at least on a biweekly basis for the past 2 years. We have, for the most part, been pretty happy. There have been times when the quality was sub-par, but not too often. Last night however, we opened the box to find that 3 of the 4 steaklets were almost completely squashed to the point that they looked like they had been folded over and pressed flat. We were extremely dissappointed at this as this should have been picked up in some sort of quality assurance test, and the fact that it was not could only mean that these tests dont work or are not sufficient. We thought of taking it back but it was late, so we took photos of the product and kept the packaging. Could we please get some feedback on this, because as of now I cannot support a company that allows customers to pay for goods of this quality.
