Horrific car repair AA nd damage

On the 29th of March we took our Ford Focus to be fitted its new knock and acceleration position sensors. We paid a lot for the parts and labour. When we received our var back however,the intake breather pipe and seals where broken of and secretively glued back on. The glue was still wet when we got it back. Also, the car is now ratteling and the dashboard lights comes on and goes of at random. Ford immediately said we should bring back the car they'll fix it...but only once they received the new parts. Since two weeks ago...nobody phones us back and the office ladies keeps letting us hold the line when we phone there. This is ******* man! We can't work as our line of work we need our car everyday. It has no power now and rattles. Who is going to compensate for our loss of income. And we paid labour for Ford to glue our pipes what they broke! I am not at all happy...will never advice anyone to go there. What a horrific Birthday present this was...very discussed! People tell us we should sue them...
