Bad excuses for bad service

I had a very bad experience with Countrywide Relications. The day before they had to load my furniture they’ve send me an email to inform me that their phone lines are off, when there was no cellphone contact numbers available. I tried to get hold of them only to find an email informing that they cannot upload my furnture. No phonecall whatsoever. On a friday half past 4!!!! What do you do then... i was *****ed. I will NEVER recommend them to anybody....
