Would not refund deposit of R9000.00

In November 2015 we used Countrywide to hire a car. They took a hold of 500,000 Kwacha (R11 500.00) for deposit as agreed from my credit card, but when we returned the car we realised that they had processed a transfer of the full deposit into their own account and they had one excuse after the other as to why it could not be refunded at the time. <br> The refund should be 385,286 Kwacha (R9 000.00). They repeatedly promised to refund, that it was with the bank, that the finance manager was on leave and we even have a letter from management apologizing for the inconvenience and promising to refund but to this day we have received absolutely nothing.<br> I suspect that this was cold blooded ***** and not the mistake that they claimed that it was.<br>
