Countryside properties

The estate agent Elaine from Countryside properties from Klerksdorp is refusing to refund my key deposit. She claims she cannot retrieve the email I send to her on the 31 December 2018 at 15 :55 notifying them of my vacating their property. I still have proof of the email. It said "SEND"... So I feel she's playing hide and seek game... . I've reported her to the estate agent board and waiting for their response. I will request your intervention.
