Arrogant with no respect for surrounding houses

Unbelievably arrogant. No site discipline . They recently dropped a borehole in a house at top of my road (we are at lower end). Ran all their mud and silt and water down the street against all regulations. Left the street in a disgusting state overnight on Day 1. Also left a large skip filled with stagnant dirty muddy water and ******* taking up space on the road. Has been there a week since the job finished.

Spoke to someone who lives close to the job and he said the older owner thought everything was a big joke - old school approach that died out after 94 - if you get my drift. Can’t confirm but he told me they drove a 10 ton Mac across his front lawn causing an imploded area. Owner didn’t have the basic courtesy to let him know and when informed told him ‘you got off lightly , -albeit in Afrikaans. They blocked up the road for 3 days with 2 large vehicles - didn’t discuss or warn any of the houses. I know one of the neighbours is making a formal complaint to the council and I will do likewise .
