Disappointed in Country Road service.

Disappointed in Country Road service. I went to Clearwater Woolworths in January asking for help with a heritage sweater (oatmeal) that has been discolored (green strips appeared) after wash (washed to exact instructions) and only washed it twice. Rudely was told it was my fault obviously, even though I told them numerous times I washed exactly as per instructions, and how pedantic i was about my clothing. I then asked for an Ops manager number, to be told someone will contact me, which they never did. These sweaters are really expensive and I love them (have them in 2 other colours as well, but to scared to wash them now). Would of loved for someone to actually help me with this issue, its put me off Country Road now, which I really do love. Very unfortunate that the service is so bad.
