Country Road Waterfront

I am so disgusted at the service I received from Country Road Waterfront, I bought a t-shirt at R300 for my son a month ago, it is still within the returns policy, he wore the t-shirt once and its gone off colour, I returned it to the store, I was advised they would not accept it, the manager didn't even want to speak to me and when I asked for the complaints email EVERYONE AT THE BRANCH, I mean everyone did not know it, I'm so disgusted I could vommit, to think that I've been a loyal customer to this brand for so long sickens me
