Country road Tygervally Mall

On the 26 April 2022 I was at Tygervally Mall I was at Woolworths store but at country road. I was returning a Ladies shirt and taking sweaters of full value since I didn't have receipt. A lady called Dominique supervisor said to me she won't be able to exchange for me because I didn't have receipt. I am fully aware of the policy and terms. Her reason was that anything more than R1000 she will not except it without receipt. That is very rude first of all she should have exchange the clothes and told me that next time this is how things are done. Not tell me she won't be able to assist me. I am very disappointed with the service I received.
